Harvest is a mature product with more features than we have. If you rely on its integrations, it may still be right for you. If you mainly track time and send invoices, you're paying for a meter you don't need.
In Harvest go to Reports → Detailed time, pick “All time”, then Export → CSV. In Hourflat open Import and drop the file in. We create your clients and projects and copy every time entry with its task, notes, hours, billable flag and rate. Entries Harvest marked as invoiced stay marked, so nothing gets billed twice.
Yes. Hourflat is in early access and free to use. When paid plans launch it will be $6/seat/month, and founding members who reserve now keep $4/seat/month for life. We'll email you before anything is charged, and you can export your data at any time.
Add your own payment link (a Stripe Payment Link, PayPal.me, Wise or similar) in Settings. Every invoice then shows a Pay button, and the money goes straight to you. We never touch it.
Yes. Invite teammates by email. They share your clients and projects and log their own time, and you see everyone's hours on the Team page and bill them on one invoice. Every seat is the same flat price.
Because it's the whole point of the product. The price is published here and there's no usage tier anywhere in our billing. If it ever changes, existing customers keep the price they signed up at.
